"Money talks, bullshit walks."		As the saying goes, there is a point when a superficial idea becomes a serious proposition, and that point is reached when money becomes involved in the bolstering of it's positions. It's something that every supporter must consider: how serious is that support? Is it serious enough to contribute financially towards that goal? I believe in the idea of a democratic annexation of Canada in the United States of America. I believe that I have a very serious strategy to make good use of that money, to ensure that the results are beyond all expectations. For this idea to qualify in the big leagues, supporters will need to consider contributing some of their wealth into this project. Some of you are big shots, who may not have the energy, or the free time, or the skills to assist this cause in any other way: but monetary contributions will be utilized to great effect, with a total focus on making this proposition a hot topic of discussion in both countries nationally, by launching a clever propaganda campaign that will impose this idea on the mainstream media. As we have already explored, there are numerous ways for everyone to contribute to this great idea which belongs to all of us, without having to spend a dime's worth of our own money. However, there is much that can be accomplished through monetary contributions, hence I have orchestrated a strategy that will enable this project to dash into the spotlight, and force the debate into the mainstream. If you would like to see this proposition become debated openly in the broad media, then consider helping to fund this structured and focused effort by contributing monetarily to this worthy cause. It doesn't matter if you're a Canadian or an American, this thing concerns both our peoples. If you represent the interests of a business group or other legal entity, consider your interests: Would your interests be served if this project ever came to fruition? Wouldn't the removal of all that red tape facilitate the free flow of your products and services, and streamline your business while increasing your market reach? Consider investing in this daring cause; It's a high-risk investment, but wonders can be accomplished with limited funds. If you are interested, and want to know more before committing yourself, please read on. I will now explain the strategy I have developed and the "game plan" to catapult this debate into the mainstream, with your precious pledges. I will now explain how each every dollar you entrust me with will be utilized.

Operational Funds	5%	The Operational Funds represent 5% of all effective donations and are used to assist in the financing of my personal expenses of all kinds.   This ranges from paying the monthly fee for the hosting of this website, to anything that I so wish, like buying a meal at the restaurant, going to a movie for fun, etc. It's anything that I want it to be; By donating, you agree that there is this 5% which I can spend whichever way I please, be it on beer or a car or whatever I wish it. I have already donated countless hours of dedicated work in this project for no compensation whatsoever, and I would certainly like to have the financial independence to devote my entire time to this effort of making this proposition a mainstream alternative for the future of North Americans, which is not currently the case, as I hold a full time position in a completely unrelated field.   Why such straight forward honesty about this? Because I wish to stress, that I am human, and like everyone else I need to earn my keep to fulfill my family responsibilities and live a decent life. It is to let you know that 1/20th of the money you donate will be used to this effect, so that you have no surprise about the other 95% of the money, which is explained below.
Tactical Funds	15%	The Tactical Funds serve a different purpose. These funds are banked and accumulated to facilitate swift reactions to opportunities and challenges when they emerge. This part of the funds can go to finance a trip for a television interview. These funds might alternatively be used to pay for some legal advice, or for similar professional services. These funds provide the necessary cushion to react efficiently to challenges and opportunities as they arise. It is a safety fund that ensures that no opportunity will be lost when it presents itself. This fund ensures that whatever comes up, the most will be made out of it. In layman's terms, it means that 15 cents on the dollar, will be kept to pay for travel expenses and other unforeseen requirements in order to guaranty that no unplanned opportunity of making this proposition better known in the media is lost. For example, if local or regional media become interested in holding a televised interview on the prospects of a democratic North American annexation, the ability will be there to reach into this tactical fund and pay for the trip in order to get that media visibility. This fund will ensure that no unplanned opportunity to get media visibility will end up being missed. These fulfilled opportunities will in turn find their way on the internet through mediums like www.youtube.com and this website, generating more hype and gossip, hence helping the cause of making this proposition a mainstream affair. These tactical Funds are important to maintain because there are countless actors in the media that may become interested spontaneously in this idea, and the only way to really be prepared for the strict dictates of their tight schedules is to have these funds at the ready, specifically kept for this very purpose.
Strategic Funds	80%	So what's all the hype around the Strategic Funds?
		The strategic funds are the key to the whole strategy I want to use to make this proposition enter the mainstream with such a bang, that it will compel the media to acknowledge this proposition. To discuss the keystone of the
		The Objective The objective is clear: To increase awareness for this proposition on both sides of the border. The objective is not to convince everyone, but to make everyone aware of this proposition. Most people never even considered this possibility. And in our quest to convince a majority on both sides of the border to endorse this idea, we must first succeed in making the idea available to everyone. The strategy I wish to employ will help us attain this success without fail. The Strategy The strategy is simple: buy shocking adds in the mainstream media, to generate a ripple effect that will in turn get other medias to talk about it. This "incendiary media bomb" explodes, creating a buzz in the media due to the surprise effect, among other things. I call this strategy "Strategic Incendiary Media Bombing", and I need your financial contributions in order to wage this strategic incendiary media bombing campaign. Incendiary in the sense that, each media bomb will cause it's own ripple effect: and this incendiary effect will be of other media sources taking on the story and discussing it. The advantage is that the ripple effect will generate free publicity, maximizing our bang for the buck. The strategy is to force onto the mainstream, and beyond the internet, this idea that will otherwise never flourish or mature. I am convinced that this is the best way to accelerate a process of familiarisation with this idea. This strategy can help shave decades of work, and give this proposition a fighting a chance at victory within only a few years. The Method The method itself is not new. But it is recent. The strategy is directly inspired by the method of flamboyant dissemination employed by www.moveon.org, The method is to collect donations and use them to drop shock adds in the mainstream media. That activist one-man-army managed to create such a big ripple during the American elections of 2004 and after. While I disapprove of the positions adopted by that website, I cannot help but salute the brilliance of the method they have chosen to make their views known and heard.  This is precisely the method that I propose to use for Annexation.ca. With your help, we can move mountains together. The Targets In one instance, I use your money to purchase a full page from a leading national newspaper, where I make the case in a flamboyant eye-catching way. In another instance, I pay for a televised commercial which appears out of nowhere during a prime-time slot on national TV. In another instance, I purchase a giant poster to put on a gigantic add on the main bridge leading into Montreal, etc. The point is to get people talking, and to get the media talking. Trust me, I have dozens of "media bombs" in mind, and I have a vast array of effective meaningful targets. Some of them are humble and others extremely dashing and extravagant.
		So how will I know how my money is spent? How will I know what impact it has?
